Miracle Healing Center Privacy Policy
At Miracle Healing Center (MHC), we are devoted to the honor and protection of your privacy.  To this end, MHC employs technology that provides you with an Internet experience that is power-packed, yet safe.  Following is our Statement of Privacy, which describes MHC’s policy concerning all the personal information you may put on our website.  The way MHC gathers, safeguards, uses, and shares any information obtained about you on our website is also outlined in this policy.  This Statement regulates the gathering and use of all data and applies to the entire website.  By using MHC’s website, you indicate that you accept the conditions of use defined by the privacy policy.

Gathering of Your Private Information
It is not necessary for you to disclose any information that identifies you personally, even your email address, to use MHC’s website.  The only information of this nature obtained by this website, including your email address, your name, your home or work address, or your telephone number, is only obtained when you voluntarily supply it.  Even then, MHC only gathers the specific information you give for specific purposes, like signing up at the website or asking for MHC materials.  does gather demographic data that does not uniquely identify you, like your ZIP code, age, gender, tastes, favorites, etc., when possible and without including your name.
MHC also automatically gathers data regarding your computer hardware and software, like your IP address, the type of browser you use, your domain names, access times, and addresses of referring websites.  MHC uses this information to run the service, to keep up the quality of the service, and to supply standard statistics concerning the use of MHC’s website.  Identifiable data such as this gives MHC the ability to consistently improve the website’s content and to make products and services available that best serve the interests, needs, or wants of the website’s visitors.  By using the information in this way, MHC can perfect their website and maximize the benefits it provides.

If you directly reveal information that identifies you personally or that is personally sensitive through MHC’s public message boards, please be aware that outside users beyond MHC’s control can obtain and use this information.  Please understand that MHC cannot intervene in or in any other way regulate the use of personal data like this when it is placed on public forums.  In addition, please notice that MHC does not read any of your personal internet correspondence.
Any time you decide to link from MHC to other websites, MHC urges you to examine the privacy statements of those sites.  That way, you can be aware of how those websites gather, use, and distribute your information.  The privacy statements or other materials contained on websites outside MHC and MHC’s network of websites are not the responsibility of MHC.

Using Your Personal Information
MHC gathers your personal data to run its website and to supply the services you have asked for.  The information that identifies you personally also makes it possible for MHC to let you know about other products or services provided by us and our affiliated organizations.  Furthermore, MHC may use surveys to contact you to research the way you feel about our existing services or possible new services we may offer.

The normal routine of MHC’s operations does not include selling, renting, or leasing the lists of its customers to third parties.  Occasionally, however, MHC may engage in one of these actions, within the limits of the regulations and conditions of this Privacy Policy.  Now and again, MHC may get in touch with you representing outside business partners regarding a specific offering that you may be interested in.  Also, a third party vendor may be employed by MHC to aid in efforts to ascertain whether a person would like to remain on MHC’s mailing list or whether that person may benefit more from the services of another organization or entity.  In those instances, we assure you that any information that uniquely identifies you (email, name, address, telephone number) is never shared with the third party.  Furthermore, MHC may share information with trusted associates to assist with analyzing statistical data, sending you email or regular mail, supplying customer support, or organizing deliveries.  All third parties employed in this fashion are forbidden to use your confidential information by any means or for any reason other than rendering these services to MHC, and they are under strict regulations to keep your information confidential.

Unless you give your specific consent, MHC does not utilize or relate sensitive personal information about you, such as race, religion, or political affiliations.
MHC does monitor and record which websites and pages our customers frequent inside MHC so that we can ascertain which services offered by MHC are in highest demand.  MHC uses this information to supply customized material and advertising inside of MHC to consumers whose activities show that they have an interest in a specific subject area.  MHC does not use this data for any other reason.

We want you to be aware that the only time MHC websites will ever give out your personal information without letting you know is if we are required to do so by law or if we believe in good faith the action is unavoidable in order to:  (1) comply with the dictates of the law or cooperate with legal process enacted on MHC or the site; (2) safeguard and protect MHC’s rights or property; or (3) take action in exigent situations to defend the personal security of MHC users or of the public.

Using Cookies
The MHC website makes use of “cookies” to help make your internet experience more personal.  A cookie is simply a text file that a Web page server puts onto your hard drive.  Cookies cannot operate programs or bring viruses to your computer.  Rather, cookies are designated uniquely to you, and only a Web server inside the domain that assigned the cookie to you can read it.
One of the main uses of cookies is to supply a feature of convenience that saves you time.  A cookie lets the Web server know that you have come back to a particular page.  If you customize MHC’s pages for you personally or sign up with MHC’s website or services, for instance, a cookie enables MHC to remember your unique data on future visits.  Thus, MHC is able to bring you messages and content tailored more to your needs.  It also makes it simpler to record your personal information, like your billing address, shipping address, etc.  Each time you come back to the same MHC website, the information you supplied in the past can be brought back to let you easily make use of MHC’s features that you personalized.
You can either accept cookies or decline them.  Cookies are automatically allowed by most web browsers, but you are usually able to change your browser setting to decline cookies, if you wish.  However, should you decide to decline cookies, it may hinder you from getting the full benefit of the numerous useful, interactive features of the MHC services or websites that you enter.

Securing Your Personal Information
MHC does everything in our power to keep your personal data secure from attempts to access, use, or release it without your authorization.  Any data that personally identifies you that you place on computer servers is safeguarded by MHC.  This is accomplished in a safe, regulated environment, where your information is secured against attempts to access, use, or release it without your authorization.  When private information (for example, a credit card number) is sent to other websites, it is safeguarded via the use of encryption, like the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Making Changes to This Statement
Periodically, MHC will make changes with this Statement of Privacy in accordance with feedback from companies and customers.  MHC would like you to go back over this statement from time to time so that you can stay educated on how we are safeguarding your privacy rights and your information.

MHC invites your feedback concerning this Statement of Privacy.  If you do not believe that MHC has been true to the provisions of this Statement, you are welcome to contact MHC at info@miraclehealingcenter.net.  We will make use of commercially reasonable methods to quickly ascertain and correct the problem.
