And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.  (Mark 16:15)

It was in 2005 that God began to deal with my heart about preaching the Gospel in India.  One thing I have learned from walking with God is that timing is everything.  A few years after that, God dealt really strong with my heart about this call.  This time, the call became stronger and clearer.  I wept before God, committing myself to His call to preach the Gospel in India when the door opens.  

In the year 2008, I felt led by the Holy Ghost to go to a missionary school, even though I had already graduated from Bible College.  You know, when God calls a person, He equips them with the necessary training to carry out that specific call.  I went to this training school for one semester.  Each week, they would have a missionary to another country come in as a guest speaker.  To my amazement, the first week of class, the guest speaker was a woman missionary to India.  I knew I was in the right place at the right time as God deepened His call to India in my heart.  A few weeks later, we had another guest speaker:  another woman missionary to India.  As she shared what God was doing, my spirit was stirred.  Then, she showed a video tape of how God was touching India through her ministry.  As I watched the video, I was overcome by the call of God to preach the Gospel in India and I wept much before God.  I knew in my heart that it would only be a matter of time for the door to open for me to go.  

Thank God that door swung wide open this summer of 2011.  I had a vision about an Indian husband and wife and, in the dream, God spoke to me and told me to reach out to the couple.  In my dream, the couple fell in love with my wife and me and we developed a strong relationship in Christ.  Two weeks after my vision, I was invited to be a part of a service where an Indian minister of the Gospel would be preaching the Word of God.  We went and met the man and his wife.  In that moment, we were drawn together like a magnet.  After I got home that night, the Holy Spirit brought the dream back to my remembrance and I was blown away.  We invited the couple over to our home and we spent time together for the next few weeks, discussing India.  Needless to say, they invited us to come to India in February to conduct three crusades.  We accepted the invitation because we felt deep in our hearts that now was the time for us to preach the Gospel in India.  The man’s name is Dr. K.C. Thomas and his wife is Pastor Sara Thomas.  They are senior pastors and founders of Christ For India Ministries.  They oversee 48 churches in India and two orphanages. They conducted medical missions throughout the local communities and they teach women, who have no education, a trade.  He is also the Vice President of India Christian Bible College.  Jesus commissioned us to go “…into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature.”  God has His timing to bring things to pass.  Our passion is preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ, winning the lost, and demonstrating the power of God through signs, wonders, and notable healing miracles.  We are thrilled and excited to have this opportunity to preach the Gospel in India.  

This is similar to what took place in the book of Acts chapter ten as God gave a vision to both Cornelius and Peter.  God brought them together to fulfill his own plans.  As Peter and Cornelius both obeyed the vision God gave them, three powerful things took place:  the Gospel was preached, there was an outpouring of the Holy Ghost, and Cornelius and his entire family was changed by the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  We believe, as we go to India in February, these three things will take place there also.

Plans are underway as I type this letter.  All 48 pastors submitted to Christ for India Ministries, as well as pastoral friends of Dr. Thomas, are laboring through prayer meetings.  Church workers are publicizing the meeting through fliers and motorcades and making the public aware of the upcoming events.  Dr. Thomas is expecting between 300 to 500 pastors to attend.  They are also making sure that the follow-up materials are ready for those that will be saved and coming to Christ through these meetings.  Dear friend, I am writing to you today and asking you to help us reach India with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  You can help with your prayers and your financial support.  We cannot do this alone; we need help.  The word of God says in Romans 10:15, “And how shall they preach, except they be sent?”  Will you, through your financial support, help send us to India to preach the Gospel?
