Dear Friend,

God has spoken to our hearts to start a church here in the Dallas/Carrollton area.  We love God’s people and love seeing their lives change through a growing, intimate relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.  I remember when God placed this Scripture in Matthew 9:35-38 on my heart.  It reads:  “And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.  But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd.  Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.”  The harvest truly is plenteous in this great metroplex of Dallas.

We believe we were sent here as an answer to the hearts’ cries of many great men and women of God, who have been laboring diligently, to come alongside them and join hands with them to fulfill the Great Commission. My heart became heavy and overwhelmed because we genuinely care about God’s people.  God made it much clearer through prayer that, in the Dallas area, there are many people who are not saved and are on their way to an eternal hell, and there are also those who are searching for a church home but haven’t found it as yet. These have not yet found their place in the body of Christ.  God spoke to us to plant a church to help nurture and equip His people to fulfill His call on their lives.  If you are reading this letter, I believe you are reading it because the Holy Spirit drew you to this page, and I believe God has an awesome plan and purpose for your life.  Friend, if God is touching your heart, take the next step and become a part of God’s vision through a commitment to be a part of our local church.  In this church, God’s priority is our number one priority, and that is the salvation of souls.  God has sent us here for you and, together, we can accomplish His will.   God also laid another Scripture on our hearts from John 10:4-5, which states:  “And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.  And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.”

Friend, you can expect us to lay our lives down for you because Jesus said “the good shepherd will lay down his life for the sheep.”  We will love you and care for you.  We will be very honest with you and will not compromise the word of God because we want you to make it into heaven and spend the rest of your life with Jesus.  Expect us to pray for you and usher you into the presence of God in every single service.  Expect the anointing of the Holy Ghost to rest on us.  We believe heavily in preaching the Gospel followed by a demonstration of God’s saving and healing power.  You can expect us to impart to you the things that God has entrusted to us, to disciple you to impact this world with the Gospel, to help you do the works of Jesus Christ, and to mold you into His image, making you ready for His return.
